American Investors Complete £4.6m Deal

West Coast Estates has concluded a £4.6million transaction in which a 2.5 acre multi-unit complex in Aberdeen has been bought by New York headquartered fund manager W. P. Carey.

The development comprises two units the first was pre-let to Danish freight handling firm Blue Water Shipping, and a deal then concluded for the second unit, which has been sold to precise navigation and positioning solution provider Veripos.

West Coast Estates have successfully been granted Change of Use at 54 Guild Street, Aberdeen. The entire building which is located within the Merchant Quarter of Aberdeen will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment in line with the Townscape Heritage Initiative.

West Coast Estates have completed the refurbishment of 492–494 Union Street which was vacant for some time having previously been occupied by different licenced premises. The work has seen Sainsbury’s commit to opening the latest of it’s convenience stores at the site, committing to a long term lease.
